2008 Highline College Volleyball players.... On behalf of Highline College I would like to invite you to our instructional volleyball league. Our 7 weeks of volleyball instructional league adds up to 26 hours of personal instruction will provide you with the opportunity to keep your volleyball skills sharp through the month of October and November. The Instructional league will be held at Highline College on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7:30 - 9:30 pm each week. The Instructional League is open to all .... Elementary School Age

School Age - Don't be disappointed with your performance at your club tryouts because your volleyball skills have become "rusty" ...... Coaching staff will be... The instructional volleyball league program is a great compliment to any program that you are now taking part in. It will allow you to utilize your newly acquired "camp skills" and keep you sharp for your club tryouts. Our 7 weeks of Instructional volleyball league will keep your volleyball skills and you sharp, ready to perform your best for your school team tryouts. Register Click here We understand that during the summer and Fall months everyone is very busy..... We have organized a 7 weeks instructional league with that in mind. We meet Tuesday and Thursday nights for 2 hours each night. The first hour is like a volleyball camp covering individual and team skills instruction. The second hour you will play in an volleyball league applying the skills and team strategies learned during individual skills instruction. This camp is designed for both Individuals who will be placed onto league teams and for entire school teams who will be kept together as their own league team.
