Adult Tournament Registration

 You may use this handy online email form to register your team into any of the Volleyball events.  Please be sure to fill out all of the necessary forms to ensure your entry.   Upon receipt of your entry you will receive either a phone call or email confirmation. (Tab from field to field.... then submit, this form will be sent via email to the SFY Volleyball office).

SPECIAL NOTICE:

Team Reps. we MUST commit to renting the gyms 7 days in advance.  If there are not enough PRE REGISTRATIONS 7 days in advance .... the tournament will be cancelled.  PLEASE help EVERYONE by planning ahead.

Entry fee is $120.00 for a TEAM and $20.00 for an individual registration.  All Individuals will be placed onto teams for the tournament.
